She Bears Witness

Among the Unreached and Bible-deprived, so they may know Him.

Every day without access to Scripture leaves communities spiritually undernourished. One-third of humanity has never heard the Name Jesus; 1.45B have no access to His Word in their heart language.

The current state of the unreached and Bible-deprived makes the mission to translate God’s Word not just important, but urgently necessary for spiritual flourishing worldwide. With the Strategic Mission Collective, a small team made up of linguistic scholars and educators, Morgan serves as a Scripture Engagement Strategist, supporting theological formation and multimodal Bible translation efforts through established church networks abroad.

As part of her role, Morgan fulfills two primary capacities: Field Training and Resource Development. Her dedication to equipping church leaders through hands-on coaching and the creation of practical tools is integral to their collective vision of multiplying disciples of Jesus and planting sustainable churches among unreached people groups globally.

SMC equips church leaders across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia, to ensure that Scripture becomes accessible in the languages people understand best.

The Work

Equipping the Saints
for the Work of Ministry

01

Theological Formation

Morgan develops discipleship resources that help church leaders form disciples who, in turn, make disciples. She also creates formation tools and exercises that are embedded within Bible translation resources, helping translation teams engage Scripture not only as content to be translated, but as God’s Word that forms them. This work helps ensure that the goal of translation is more than a finished product; that those translating Scripture are themselves growing as disciples of Jesus as they engage, understand, and communicate His Word.

02

Multimodal Bible Translation

As a Scripture Engagement Strategist, specializing in Oral Bible Translation methods, Morgan equips pastors, leaders of disciple-making movements, and seminary faculty, helping them embed multimodal translation approaches into their ministry and training contexts. She develops facilitator guides and trains leaders using a growing library of open-licensed resources that prepares the Global Church for Great Commission work and Bible translation among the unreached. Formerly, Morgan has also created oral exegetical scripts for the FIA Project to support quality drafting of Scripture.
