Nine, not ninety
We cap the year. It is the only way to know your suppliers by name and your venue by its light.
The Studio
We are not an agency. We are Elena and Marco, and we will both be there on the morning of your wedding, carrying chairs.

In 2016 two friends asked me to feed thirty people in a farmhouse outside Ostuni. There was no plan, no supplier list, and no theme. There was a long table under a fig tree, a neighbour who brought eight kilos of tomatoes, and a wedding that ran until four in the morning.
Everything Fiora does now is an attempt to repeat that evening on purpose. Not the fig tree — the feeling. That the day belonged to the people at the table, and not to the people running it.
Marco joined in 2019. He handles the parts I am bad at: contracts, municipal paperwork, and telling a florist that no, we will not be using imported peonies in July.
What we believe
We cap the year. It is the only way to know your suppliers by name and your venue by its light.
The ceramics are thrown forty minutes away. The wine has a surname. Nothing arrives by air.
A wedding is not a colour palette. We design around the room, the season, and the two of you.
We tell you what things cost before you fall in love with them. Every figure, every month.

Before a menu reaches you it has been eaten twice at this desk, once in March and once in the month of your wedding, because a tomato in March is a different animal.
The swatches are ordered in oat, olive and clay because those are the colours the stone gives back at six in the evening. We did not choose them. Puglia did.
You will get one document, updated weekly, containing every decision and every euro. There is no portal, no app, and no dashboard.

We had imagined a wedding abroad would feel like renting a country. Instead it felt like being taken in by one.
