The method

Four seasons,
one long conversation

The letter

You write, we answer within two days. No forms, no packages — a real conversation about who is coming and why.

The walk

We visit venues together, at the hour your ceremony would fall. Light is the only thing that cannot be rented.

The table

Menu, flowers, ceramics, sound. We commission locally and taste everything before it reaches your guests.

The day

We arrive first and leave last. You will not see us, and you will not need to.

are always asked

Do you travel outside Italy?

Yes — Greece, Spain and Portugal, and once memorably to a lighthouse in Cornwall. Travel is billed at cost, never marked up.

How many weddings do you take a year?

Nine. Occasionally ten. Never twelve. When the year is full we say so plainly and suggest two planners we would trust with our own.

What does a Fiora wedding usually cost, all in?

Most of our weddings land between €60,000 and €140,000 for 60 to 90 guests, our fee included.

Can we bring our own photographer?

Please do. We will send them the light times and stay out of the frame.

Do you work with a fixed supplier list?

We have people we love, but nothing is compulsory. We take no commission from any supplier, ever.

What happens if it rains?

Every wedding we plan has a wet-weather plan you have seen and approved, in the room where it would actually happen.
